Quarter Beef (approximately 130 pounds) – Beef roasts, rib steaks, t-bone steaks, sirloin steaks, round steaks, ground beef, optional cuts
Half Hog (approximately 65 pounds) – Spare ribs, pork chops, ham roasts, shoulder roasts, shoulder steaks, bacon or side pork, ground pork or sausage, optional cuts.
